support for Stetson Estates testimony
Message:
I would like to voice my support for the Stetson Estates testimony concerning the Comprehensive
Plan and the elimination of a rural/estate/ultra low density residential designation. HOWEVER, I
would add that I'd like to see 1-acre and larger properties included rather than only 5-acre. I
appreciate that staff has listened to the concerns in designing the new Comprehensive Plan. I
can only hope that the City Council will value and use the time spent planning and
recommendations that the staff has spent hours producing.
