Subject: support for Stetson Estates testimony
We would like to voice our support for the Stetson Estates testimony concerning the Comprehensive Plan and
the elimination of a rural/estate/ultra low density residential designation. HOWEVER, we would add that we'd
like to see 1-acre and larger properties included rather than only 5-acre. We appreciate and value that staff has
listened to the concerns of many in designing the new Comprehensive Plan. We can only hope that the City
Council will value and use the time spent planning and recommendations that the staff and other concerned
citizens have spent hours producing this plan.
