The applicant is requesting preliminary plat approval to convert an existing 9,300 square foot building into
two condominiums to accommodate separate ownership. The site is located at the southwest corner of
Meridian Road and Archerfield Street.
The Ada County Highway District has reviewed the submitted application for the preliminary plat referenced
above and has determined that there are no improvements required to the adjacent street(s). The proposed
preliminary plat is approved without conditions. Improvements were constructed previously as required by
MPP15-0002 for Paramount Southeast/Paramount Square Subdivision.
The applicant will be required to pay all platting and review fees prior to final plat approval.
