Broadway Ave. Ste. 102 Meridian, Idaho 83642 RE: H-2019-0099 and H-2019-0104 Revisions After receiving comments from Staff, Ada County Highway District, and numerous residents in the Movado development to the south of our project location, two revised options to the original submitted layout are being presented currently. ACHD requested a revision that would anticipate a potential future traffic light -controlled intersection at Movado Way and Overland Road which affected our building and amenity layout. We are now showing the entrance off of Movado Way much further towards the south. We feel that this will discourage more apartment vehicle access to Movado Way. Option A and B both show the removal of one apartment building from the previous site plan, thus bringing our apartment count down to 196 units. Both layouts show a 50'x100' lawn area and larger dog walk area at the southeast, the tot lot was relocated next to the sports court, and an additional 50'x100' lawn area was placed at the northwest by Buildings B and D. The only difference between Option A and B is the location of Building K. In all, these revisions help create a better buffer along Movado Way and between the residents to the south.
