Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) has no comment on the Development
Application only.
Please be advised there is an eight -inch (8") pressurized irrigation mainline approximately five
feet (5') inside the back yard, along the south and east fence. This main line has a ten foot
(10') total easement, five feet (5') from center each side. This area must remain open for any
repairs needed in the future.
All private laterals and waste ways must be protected. All municipal surface drainage must be
retained on-site. If any surface drainage leaves the site, NMID will need to review drainage
plans. The developer must comply with Idaho Code 31-3805.
