Re: City of Meridian Comprehensive Plan Update
Dear Council and Staff,
We think the comp plan process was great and are generally happy with the outcome of the
density designations for undeveloped property and are looking forward to being able to utilize
the new plan as guidance.
There is only one issue that has us quite concerned and that is that the recommended zoning
designations being called out for each density zone do not match the intent of the density.
In talking with staff, we believe this was an oversight and needs correction before approving
the comp plan.
