Please find the common driveway exhibits and updated final plat attached. The street name letter does show
that all of the names are approved the final will be forthcoming. I will have the landscaping updates this afternoon.

Laren,
I’ve reviewed the final plat application for this project and need the following additional items:
• Submit a copy of the “final” street name approval letter
• Is Lot 17, Block 2 taking access via the common driveway or Solaris Ave.? (the common driveway exhibit & plat
note #14 don’t coincide; if the common driveway exhibit is incorrect, revise accordingly)
• Revise the common driveway exhibits to include fencing adjacent to common driveways consistent with the
landscape plan as required by UDC 11-6C-3D.7
• The landscape plan needs to be revised per the preliminary plat conditions of approval as follows:
Include a detail of the 6’ tall concrete fence on top of the 4’ tall berm along SH-69 that depicts the
centerline of SH-69 that demonstrates compliance with the standards listed in UDC 11-3H-4D

The street buffer along SH-69/S. Meridian Rd. on Lot 1, Block 1 shall be landscaped per the standards
listed in UDC 11-3B-7C
Include a symbol in the legend for the 6’ tall concrete fence and the beginning and end points of the
fence
Please make sure that all plans submitted with final plat applications have been revised per the preliminary plat
conditions of approval.
