Delivered by Nampa -Meridian Irrigation District
There are no Boise Project facilities located on the above-mentioned properties, however they do
in fact possess a valid water right that is delivered by Nampa -Meridian Irrigation District for the
New York District.
BVA Development needs to contact the Nampa -Meridian Irrigation District and the New York
Irrigation District and establish how a pressure irrigation system will work and be billed for this
project.
Local irrigation/drainage ditches that cross this property, in order to serve neighboring properties,
must remain unobstructed and protected by an appropriate easement.
Storm Drainage and/or Street Runoff must be retained on site.

There are no Project facilities located on the above-mentioned property, however it is
serviceable by our Grimmett Lateral. Whereas, this property does in fact possess a valid
water right, site plans (to include_ irrigation and drainage) should be reviewed by the
Boise Project Board of Control.
The plan review by the Boise Project Board of Control does NOT release the applicant
from any obligations or requirements which may be imposed by Nampa -Meridian
Irrigation District and/or City of Meridian (impact area), as it pertains to pressure
irrigation.
Whereas this property lies within the Nampa -Meridian Irrigation District it is important
that you contact their office as soon as possible to discuss any concerns they may have
with this project.
