Castlecreek Subdivision has 19 buildable lots and 5 common area lots on 6.58 acres and is zoned R-8. BACKGROUND The City Council approved the final plat of Castlecreek Subdivision on January 23, 2018 with condition number two which states: "The applicant has until August 12, 2018 to obtain City Engineer's signature on the final plat or apply for a time extension in accord with UDC 11-6B-7." At the time Northwest Ventures LLC thought they believe the City would give them more than seven and half months to complete the subdivision. OBJECTIVE Therefore, we would appreciate the City Council's approval of a six month time extension. If approval for the time extension is not given, we would be required to come back with the same plat, the same approvals, and the same signatures. This would take an extended period of time, money and resources. Doing so, would be somewhat redundant and would get us back to the same position we are currently facing. We see a greater value to the community and to the city of Meridian, by proceeding from our current point and completing this subdivision. We plan and our goal is to record this in December 2019.
