New Business [Action Item]
A. Treasure Valley Children's Theater Funding Proposal
Autumn Kersey from TVCC would like to present a proposal for funding
support.
B. December MAC Meeting Logistics Discussion
Regularly scheduled December 12th MAC meeting conflicts with
celebration/retirement party for the Mayor utilizing council chambers,
conference rooms and lobby. Options for December MAC meeting:
1. Cancel December MAC meeting.
2. Hold December meeting but change date. Requires discussion and
consensus from commissioners on amended date and time.
3. Hold the meeting at its regularly scheduled time/date but move location.
Must make sure public can access and arrange audio for records
management purposes.
C. Initial Point Gallery 2020 Schedule Update
Discussion of Initial Point Gallery scheduling of artists and progress on
completion of 2020 calendar.

A. Access ion/Deaccession Policy Update
B. Meridian Symphony 30th Year Anniversary Gala Update
C. Ian Lawson Sponsorship Traffic Box Update
Adrienne will update the commission on the progress made on Ian
Lawson's sponsorship of Anita Lawson's "Birds of a Feather" artwork.

A. Committee Reports: Public Art Committee
In addition to any updates the committee would like to share, Emily will
also provide an update on the Fire Station 6 Artwork Project.
B. Committee Reports: Strategic Planning Committee
C. Committee Reports: Outreach Committee
D. End of Fiscal Year 2019 Financial Report
Though the final end of year numbers are not finalized, this report shows
financials through the end of fiscal year 2019.
