Dear Mr. Borton,
After reviewing the Locust View Neighborhood Zoning Changes on the Comprehensive Plan and Future
Land Use Map, it appears that my property at 1625 Bentley is to be zoned Commercial. If this is the
case, I am in agreement with what the City staff recommends for the future land use changes in this
area. This is no longer a desirable location for a residence. My property borders Locust Grove, Bentley
& S. Truss Place and does not lie in the Locust View subdivision. There are roads on three sides of this
property. There is currently approximately one acre of land for this address.
I will be driving from Riggins to attend this meeting, but wanted you to have my comments prior to the
