Enclosed is one (1) set of plans showing the proposed new water facilities for the above-mentioned
project. I have reviewed and approved these plans as the qualified, licensed professional engineer
representing SUEZ.
This new water line extension project is a simple water main extension that is connected to existing water
main facilities and does not require the addition of system components designed to control quantity or
pressure, including, but not limited to, booster stations, new sources, pressure reducing stations, or
reservoirs; and continues to provide the required pressure and quantity for the system.
Based on hydraulic modeling, with the addition of the above referenced project, the system will maintain
adequate service on maximum day with the largest unit out of service.
SUEZ agrees to serve the project under the rules and regulations of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission
and will own and operate the project after it is built and accepted for service, therefore sanitary
restrictions for drinking water may be lifted.
The enclosed plans and specifications comply with the facility standards and engineering standards of
care and are hereby approved for construction. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do
