Hi Sonya,
Thank you for your time today. Per our conversation, I spoke with Lou and here’s what we are thinking.
Should development agreement be required either way, we’d prefer the requested R4 that was recommended at
staff meeting level.
If the development agreement is not required then the R2 would be fine, as we are happy to save the $300 fee.
