Thinking about our conversation this morning…did you realize there is a condition of approval in the staff
report that requires the following:
a. Revise the structures depicted on Lots 44 and 45 to reflect one (1) 4-plex structure on each lot
[rather than one (1) 8-plex structure] with common area in between each of the structures as
depicted on the plans approved with H-2018-0125.
If the owner isn’t ok with that and wants to do one 8-plex instead of 2 4-plexes, we need to pull this off the
agenda and have them submit a qualified open space exhibit demonstrating open space is provided elsewhere on
the site to make up for the area being removed.
