We recognize and confirm that the ownership for the Ten Mile Feeder Canal is not based on a center line description of the canal or being 25' west and 35' east of the center line as it had previously been described in a letter from the Boise Project Board of Control, dated October 15, 2018. The United States' ownership/boundary is as shown on the Shelburne East Subdivision No. 1, survey plat signed by Clinton W. Hansen, dated 5/31/19 (attached and highlighted in orange), and as described in two Warranty Deeds from Elvadore C. and Jennie W. Laughlin and Edward E. and Elizabeth Vallier dated Setpember 7, 1910.
