Clint,
On September 14, 2019, I discussed Reclamation's ownership for the Ten Mile Feeder Canal adjacent to
Shelburne East Subdivision No. 1, with Tom Ritthaler and Bob Carter of the Boise Project Board of Control.
We recognize and confirm that the ownership for the Ten Mile Feeder Canal is not based on a center line
description of the canal or being 25' west and 35' east of the center line as it had previously been described in a
letter from the Boise Project Board of Control, dated October 15, 2018. The United States' ownership/boundary
is as shown on the Shelburne East Subdivision No. 1, survey plat signed by Clinton W. Hansen, dated 5/31/19
(attached and highlighted in orange), and as described in two Warranty Deeds from Elvadore C. and Jennie W.
Laughlin and Edward E. and Elizabeth Vallier dated Setpember 7, 1910.
Please let me know if this email suffices to clarify The United States ownership for the Ten Mile Feeder Canal
adjacent to Shelburne East Subdivision No. 1. Thank you.
