and RELEASE OF WARRANTY SURETY

The Development Known As: Treasure Valley Baptist Church
Between
TREASURE VALLEY BAPTIST CHURCH, INC.
And
CITY OF MERIDIAN
The Warranty Surety Agreement, recorded as Instrument # 2017-094922, entered by and between the
City of Meridian ("City"), a Municipal Corporation, and Treasure Valley Baptist Church, Inc.
("Developer"), has been satisfied in accordance with the City's requirements.
Attached hereto is the City Engineer's letter confirming completion of all the required Public
Improvements set forth in the Agreement and the City's consent to release of the warranty surety.
