marking the N1/4 corner of Section 21 and an aluminum cap marking the northeast corner of
Section 21, both In T, 3 N., R. 1 E., B.M., City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho.
A parcel of land for the purpose of a permanent sanitary sewer and water easement located, in
the E1/2 of Section 21, T. 3 N., R. 1 E., B.M., City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, more
particularly described as follows;
COMMENCING at a brass cap marking the N1/4 corner of said Section 21;
Thence South 0011'04" West, coincident with the west line of the NEI/4 of said section 21, a
distance of 2502.84 feet;
Thence South 89048'56" East, normal to said west line of the NEI/4 of Section 21, a distance
