This matter coming on regularly before the City Council on June 7, 2005, upon the
Applicant's time application for a one (1) year extension within which to file the McNelis
Subdivision Final Plat, which was originally approved on June 8, 2004, as provided in § 12-3-6 B,
and good causing appearing.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND THIS DOES ORDER THAT:
1. The above name Applicant is granted a one (1) year extended period of time until June 8,
2006, ofthis Order within which to file the Final Plat for the above entitled subdivision
application.
