The details of that proposal have been of great concern for the surrounding properties as the plans conditions do not adhere to the Meridian Comprehensive Plan for development. As a resident of Stetson Estates, I have concerns of its effect on nearby landowners as well as neighboring residents. The home to lot ratios are excessive in the existing plan and do not compliment the surrounding rural areas. With each new development, the rural areas consisting 2 of farmland and spacious common areas are disappearing at an outrageous pace. I would expect that there could be a conversation about changes in the proposal in good faith. It is extremely important that we respect each other’s concerns and compromise on a plan as the development progresses. We all want to be a part of a cohesive community to create an atmosphere where we can live the life that we have worked toward for many years. Please consider how this would effect your family, neighbors and surroundings and whether or not you would be satisfied with what Toll Brothers is choosing to implement in ours. My guess is that you would have similar concerns and would want to voice those concerns to all involved in making this decisions. Respectfully, Melinda Yamada Stave
