The Purchasing Department, on behalf of the Waste Water Department, respectfully requests
that the following item be placed on the September 24 th City Council Consent Agenda for
Council’s consideration.
Approval of Purchase Order for FY20 Polymer Chemical Contract to Polydyne Inc. for
the Not-to-Exceed amount of $250,000.00.
Recommended Council Action: Approval of Purchase Order for FY20 Polymer
Chemical to Polydyne Inc. for the Not-to-Exceed amount of $250,000.00 as well
as authorize the Purchasing Manager to sign the Purchase Order for the Not-
To-Exceed amount of $250,000.00.

Dear Ms. Harris,
Polydyne Inc. is pleased to accept an extension of the referenced contract for an additional
year. The product and price will remain unchanged and is as follows:

CLARIFLOC™ WE-1667 $1.17/Lb.
The new Contract term will be October 1, 2019 through September 30, 2020.
All other terms and conditions will remain the same.
