The Toll Brothers have proposed a very concerning plan, for several reasons listed in the email below, that bumps up against my rural property. The proposed development of this annexed property 2 would drastically lower the bar on Meridian’s standard of excellence and we as the surrounding neighbors want to make sure that this has your attention. Thank you for your time and attention. Please find attached photos of my property. We are currently building our single story home that will enable us to care for our special needs daughter for her many years to come. Carol Rinehimer The linked image cannot be displayed. My concerns are that the proposed plan does not respect and is not sensitive to our property rights of peaceful rural and active agricultural living. The proposed plan calls for excessive density. Transition and lot ratios to the existing adjoining neighborhoods do not reflect, enhance or maintain the integrity of the current home sites, and would negatively affect the market value of our properties. It will also result in the loss of our existing view sheds, open spaces and neighborhood identity. The City of Meridian sets a higher bar for annexations and we believe this application fails to meet that bar for the above reasons. I therefore respectfully request that your application be substantially revised to address my concerns. Respectfully, Carol Rinehimer
