FOR VALUE RECEIVED, Meridian Rural Fire Protection District ("Grantor"), does
hereby convey, release, remise, and forever quitclaim unto City of Meridian ("Grantee"), whose
address is 33 E. Broadway Ave., Meridian, Idaho 83642, its right, title and interest in and to that
certain real property situated in Ada County, Idaho, commonly known as 6001 N. Linder Rd.,
Meridian, Idaho, more specifically described as follows:
Lot 42 in Block I of LOCHSA FALLS SUBDIVISION NO. 11,
according to the official plat thereof, filed in Book 91 of Plats at
Page(s) 10774 through 10776, official records of Ada County,
Idaho.
To have and to hold said premises unto Grantee, its successors and assigns, forever.
