I own the 5.2 acre parcel at 955 S Wells St. As you know, it is tagged for MU-N zoning as part of the Future
Comprehensive Plan.
I wanted to let you know that I am HIGHLY SUPPORTIVE of the MU-N zoning designation for this parcel. It
provides a wide range of future use possibilities and seems to be a great fit for that area/neighborhood.
