To Whom it May Concern
It has been brought to my attention that your planning division is changing the zoning on our property located at
2015 E Victory Road. I was under the understanding that zoning is designed to plan communities so that all
individuals know what is going to happen to the property in their area. Our property was zoned over fifteen years
ago, there is no reason to change it. The community that immediately surrounds our property has not changed

and will not change. You are doing a disservice to our family, we not developers or land speculators, we% rn in
this community and we should be allowed to maximize the return on our property. It was the City of Meridian
that designated the current zoning for our property, leave it the way it is.
I also would like to know why I was never contacted about this review of zoning that will affect my property and
why as an owner I haven't had any input. I thought the City of Meridian was about inclusion.
