NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian
and the Laws of the State of Idaho that the City Council of the City of Meridian will hold
a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho,
at the hour of 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 1, 2019 for the purpose of reviewing and
considering the applications of:
Chad Olsen for a Modification to Development Agreement to replace the
existing Development Agreement (Inst. #110031366, JJA Land) to include a new
conceptual development plan for a mix of uses consisting of multi-family residential, a
self-service storage facility, office and retail uses for Adera (H-2019-0092) located at
1680 W. Ustick Rd.
Copies of the above applications are available for review upon request. Any
interested persons wishing to testify are welcome to do so at the public hearing listed on
this notification. Oral testimony may be limited to 3 minutes per person. Written
testimony may be submitted prior to the hearing date either by mail or in person to
Meridian City Clerk, 33 E. Broadway Suite 104, Meridian, Idaho 83642, by email to
cityclerk@meridiancity.org, by voicemail at 208-288-5607, or by texting the word
“Comment” to 31996. All testimony and materials received or presented become
property of the City of Meridian and public records subject to the provisions of the Idaho
Public Records Act. Applications are subject to change throughout the public hearing
process and it is incumbent on interested persons to monitor such changes by following
the process in person, online, or by contacting City staff.
