Hi Bill-
Attached are amended conditions of approval for Cherry Blossom Sub. I wasn’t sure where to
upload as there a couple of files open in Accela.
I told Doug we would approve a 7’ attached sidewalk through this development (along Cedarburg
Street and around the corner) in lieu of our usual 10’ multi-use pathway.
He will also provide a small segment of micropath between lots 17 & 18, to connect to an existing
micropath in the adjacent neighborhood.
