Summerwood subdivision is located at the interaction of W. Daphne Street and N. Joy Avenue. In the Black Cat Estates Subdivision which is north of West McMillan Road and west of N. Ten Mile Road containing approximately 9.93 acres. The site is located in the City of Meridian with a zoning designation of R-4 and was preliminary platted under the name Summerwood Subdivision. The site is bordered to the west by unplatted agricultural land, to the north by Vicenza Commons Subdivision and to the east by Vicenza Subdivision No. 2. The project consists of 26 buildable lots and 5 common lots for a total of 31 lots. The common lots are to be owned and maintained by the Homeowners Association. All of the lots in Summerwood Subdivision front on public streets and will have access to public utilities located within or adjacent to these Rights of Way. Sewer and potable water are provided to the site. Pressurized irrigation will be provided to each lot in the subdivision. The project will be included in the system that is owned and maintained by the Bridgetower West Homeowners Association. The submitted plans were designed to comply with the Ada County Highway District, the City of Meridian Unified Development Code and acceptable engineering and survey practices as defined by local standards.
