THE PURPOSE OF THIS PROPERTY BOUNDARY ADJUSTMENT IS TO RECONFIGURE LOTS 1, 2, AND 3, BLOCK 1 OF SOUTHRIDGE SUBDIVISION PHASE 1
(R1) AND PARCEL B OF RECORD OF SURVEY No. 10117 (R2). THE LOT CORNER AND PARCEL MONUMENTS WERE FOUND AND HELD FOR THIS SURVEY.
THE BASIS OF BEARING IS FROM THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SECTION 23 TO THE NORTH QUARTER CORNER OF SECTION 23.
