On ,behalf of our Client, Dave Buich, we request a TifneExtension for Bulch Subdivision for the
Final Plat. FP-04-040 was approved by the City Council on 7/6/04. This project is unable to meet
the time requirements as contained. in the Meridian City Code U-2-4Ç and 12-3-8 A. . This
inchides r~cQrdÎligthe final plat and begirri:ririg con~truction ofpublic\üilities. .'

For marJ,œting purposes, the' site layout ~as modified, -Which required the revisio/l of the
improvement plans, whiçh4elayed thepiöject. The layoutniodìficåtion consisted of deleting on~
lot in order to increase the building envelope on-another lot. The iricreased building envelope was
nece~sary to make the project sufficiently marketable. . I ,
