NOTICE OF APPROVAL:
The Community Development Department, Planning Division, has reviewed this application and
determined that the proposed use meets the requirements for home occupations under
Meridian Unified Development Code section 11-4-3-21. The permit was granted. Home

decision (or a condition of approval) to Meridian City Council. Appeals must be filed with the
Planning Division no later than June 13, 2019 must be written, and must include the information
