Calculating the qualified open space in the remaining phases is as follows:
• Open Space: 3.58 acres (excludes Ten Mile Creek lot, 50% percent of arterial buffer and 75% of the pond)
• Local Street Landscape Buffers: 1.42 acres (excludes 25 feet for driveway to each lot)
• Remaining Open Space Calculation is 5 acres
• The Total Qualified Open Space within the project is 15.62 acres
• Preliminary Plat approved Open Space was 13.05 acres
It appears there are no issues with meeting the required open space.
