Not aware of that change . . . thus, we request that deviation from standard through the PUD process .

The age-restricted elderly housing is no longer in City Code and nursing/residential care facility doesn’t apply. Therefore,
the regular parking standards for single-family dwellings apply which require parking pads. You either need to provide
parking pads or ask for this requirement to not apply through your PUD….which do you choose ?

Importance: High
Still working on the staff report and have some questions:
2
Are these the only deviations requested to the dimensional standards/setbacks? YES
• Street setback to living area (local): from 10’ to 6’ for traditional - alley garage & alley park side
• Street setback to living area (alley): from 10’ to 6’
• Rear setback: from 12’ to 6’ for traditional - alley garage & alley park side
Are you planning to provide parking pads along the side of the garage on alley accessed units? NO
Is “front” setbacks in your Exhibit A table synonymous with “street setback to living area”? YES
Thanks,
