If that requires Alternative Compliance, please accept this as a formal request for that consideration. You will need to request alternative compliance to these standards as allowed in UDC 11-5B-5. Fire Marshall approval is required – Joe do you have an issues with a 29’ street section for private streets w/parking on one side?
