Obviously, we intend to move forward with the 29-foot street section, with parking on one side—just as we did with
Paramount Director, as approved by Fire per the attachment.
If that requires Alternative Compliance, please accept this as a formal request for that consideration.

Mike,
The private street standards restrict private street width to 24’ or 26’ as determined by the Fire Marshall and require all
drive aisles to be posted as fire lanes with no parking allowed. You will need to request alternative compliance to these
standards as allowed in UDC 11-5B-5. Fire Marshall approval is required – Joe do you have an issues with a 29’ street
section for private streets w/parking on one side?
