I wasn’t sure where to upload as there a couple of files open in Accela. I told Doug we would approve a 7’ attached sidewalk through this development (along Cedarburg Street and around the corner) in lieu of our usual 10’ multi-use pathway. He will also provide a small segment of micropath between lots 17 & 18, to connect to an existing micropath in the adjacent neighborhood. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks, Kim Rev. 4.12.18 DATE : 23 JULY 2019 Reviewer: Kim Warren / Pathways Project Manager Planner Assigned: Bill Project Name: Cherry Blossom Sub – FP File No: H-2019-? Use standard City template for public access easements. Easement checklist must accompany all easement submittals. 3. The owners (or representative association) of the properties affected by the public access easement(s) shall have an ongoing obligation to maintain the multi-use pathways.
