Dear Ms. Eberlin:
In response to your request for zoning verification for the property located at 3800 W. Perugia Street,
please note the following:
This property is located within the corporate boundaries of the City of Meridian and is currently
zoned R-15.
The use of the property as a multi-family residential development is legal conforming and was
approved through a conditional use permit (CUP-10-014).
To the best of my knowledge, the property does not violate any ordinances or amendments with
respect to setbacks, height, parking, floor space or other related information and complies with
applicable subdivision requirements.
Documents regarding the subject property are available through a records request at the Meridian
City Clerk’s Office.
Staff’s failure to cite specific provisions of the Unified Development Code, or existing conditions of
approval associated with the subject property, does not relieve the Applicant of responsibility for
compliance.
