Re: Property Boundary Adjustment Application – TM Crossing: AmeriBen I & II Parcels
Dear Planning Division Staff:
BVA Development submits this application for Property Boundary Adjustment with respect to two
parcels in the TM Crossing Subdivision No. 1.
Recently, BVA submitted CZC and Design Review applications for the AmeriBen II Office Building
(ALT, DES, CZC (A-2019-0119). The application was approved on April 10, 2019. The approval,
however, was conditioned upon applicant submitting a property boundary adjustment application
that will result in the AmeriBen II building being situated on a single parcel and not spanning
across any property lines. This property boundary application is intended to accomplish that end.
Thank you for your kind consideration of this application. If you have any comments or questions,
please do not hesitate to contact me or Tonn Petersen.
Sincerely,
Roberta Stewart
BVA Development
