Sky Mesa Subdivision No. 2 is located north of E. Taconic Drive approximately'/4 mile west of S. Eagle Road. The gross density of the final plat is 2.89 dwelling units per acre, with a net density of 3.4 dwelling units per acre. The minimum lot size is 8,337 square feet, with the average property size being 10,109 square feet. Landscaping provided with this phase is 1.99 acres, or 16.2% of the site. Originally annexed as part of the Blackrock Subdivision, the property was rezoned to R-4 under Ordinance No. 17-756. And since the street on this plat heads northwesterly, it would cross alignments with S. Sprague Way and S. Lipori Ave. which could potentially cause street naming issues in future developments to the north of this plat. If one name is used for the entire length of said street we would have a S. Bentwaters coming off of S. Montague. Is that a problem? And I agree with Don, that the easterly street segment currently labeled Lachlan doesn't really align all that well with the other segments and should probably have a unique name. Dale P.
