This matter coming on regularly before the City Council on May 17, 2005, upon the
Applicant's time application for a one (1) year extension within which to record the Gallery
Subdivision Final Plat, which was originally approved on May 18, 2004, as provided in § 12-3-6 B,
and good causing appearing.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND THIS DOES ORDER THAT:
1. The above name Applicant is granted a one (1) year extended period of time until May 1,
2006, of this Order within which to record the Final Plat for the above entitled
subdivision application.
By the action of the City Council at its regular meeting on the
