Here's what they had to say: Request for Mayor and Council: Name: Jeff Hodson _replyto: jdhods@gmail.com Street Address: 2259 E Taormina Dr. City: Meridian State: ID 3 Zip Code: 83642 Subject: Firenze Plaza development (public meeting July 16) Message: Mayor Tammy and Honorable Council Members, We will not be able to attend the July 16 Council Meeting, but we would like to offer our opinion on a proposed development application that will come before the Council that evening, namely the Firenze Plaza (anchored by Albertsons) on the corner of Eagle Road and Amity Road. We live in the Tuscany neighborhood that this development will immediately abut. We are not generally opposed to development, and we think it will be nice to have a grocery store closer to the numerous residential neighborhoods in this area that have grown substantially in recent years. OUR REQUEST IS THIS: as this commercial development will be so close to a residential neighborhood, we would ask that, as a condition of development, the City restrict deliveries and backup alarms for vehicles to only occur between the hours of 7am and 11pm. We feel that this would help to make this new development a good neighbor of the community which they hope to become part of. Thank you for your consideration. Sincerely, Jeff and Kim Hodson Submitted 04:48 AM UTC - 11 July 2019. Mark as spam You are receiving this because you confirmed this email address on Formspree.
