Roberta – I just got back in the office. I apologize – it is hard to see details on my phone. This is not the right site plan.
This plan is missing the driveway in front of the west building. I highlighted it in yellow.
The drawing I attached is the one that is correct. Can you have it “prettied up” for Sonya for the MDA mod?

Thank you Roberta. This is the correct roadway plan I approved. It needed the driveway right where Rackham turned east that h eads
north. This gives us another route up Rackham to spread the accesses apart.

Hi Joe: Here’s the preliminary plat site plan that shows the Rackham Subdivision Building No. 3 in correlation with the
access points and other buildings on site. Hope this helps. Also, thanks for letting us know about the MDA application
access issue. Let me talk with the engineers about getting you what you need. Would it be as simple as submitting an
updated “access plan” via email?

Roberta – would you please send me a larger site plan for this building? I need to see the overall site plan to ensure we
have overall access.
I have the MDA on hold as the plans s hown in the MDA modification request were not approved by the fire department.
I have seen and approved a certain access plan, but the ones shown were not it.
