Dear Caleb,
Enclosed is the final plat application for `Bainbridge Subdivision No. 10", the twenty-one (21)
lot, tenth phase of the Bainbridge Southeast Subdivision Preliniinwy Plat (approved June 6th,
2019).
This plat includes .065acres of qualified open space in eight (6) common lots, eight -foot planter
strip minus driveways, and landscape buffer along N. Ten Mile Rd.
Statement of Conformance
This final plat is in full conformance with (1) The uses and layout approved by the preliminary
