Please be advised contrary to the information provided, this property lies within Nampa & Meridian
Irrigation District (NMID) boundaries, not Boise Project, as noted.
Irrigation water is currently delivered by Boise Project, although NMID could supply pressurized
irrigation water if desired. A Land Use Change Application would be required for delivery to this
development or if 4 Ui surface drainage leaves the site,
All private laterals and waste ways must be protected. It is recommended that irrigation water be
available to all developments within the NMID. Developers must comply with Idaho Code 31-3803.
