Request for a One-Year Time Extension to Record the Final Plat for Bridgetower
Crossing Subdivision No.7, by Engineering Solutions, LLP (File No. TE-05-
004).
We have reviewed the above referenced submittals and offer the following comments as
conditions of approval. These conditions shall be considered in full, unless expressly
modified or deleted by motion of the Meridian City Council:
APPLICATION SUMMARY & BACKGROUND
The applicant, Engineering Solutions, LLP, has requested approval of a one-year time extension
for recording the final plat for Bridgetower Crossing Subdivision No.7. The final plat consisted
of 59 residential building lots, 3 commercial lots, 4 office lots, and 7 common area lots on 27 .17
acres in an R-4 zone.
The final Plat was approved by City Council on June 1,2004. The applicant has submitted their
request for a time extension within one year ofthe original approval, as required by MCC 12-3-
8.
The applicant states that they have submitted the plat to the Ada County engineer's office for
signature and should have the plat recorded within two months. The owner would like a time
extension to ensure that the plat does not expire while going through the recording process.
LOCATION
The property is located at the south-east comer ofN. Ten Mile Road. and McMillan Road, in the
NW \4 of Section 35, 1.4N. R.1W.
RECOMMENDATION
Planning and Zoning staff recommends approval of the requested one-year time extension to
record the fmal plat for Bridgetower Crossing Subdivision No.7.
