Brighton Development Inc., is requesting to withdraw alternative compliance
application A-2018-0309. The reason is that after review of City Code and the
Applicant’s proposal, Staff determined that the proposal complies with UDC
standards and alternative compliance is not needed.

Explorer Dr. #200, Boise 83713) on this application in the amount of $160 for fees paid
on 10/1/18 for an Alternative Compliance application. The reason for the refund is that

Brighton – Please submit a request for withdrawal (to me) of the application for the
