My reading of Page 2, IV Staff Analysis, Paragraph 3 is seen as both reasonable and amenable for
redevelopment, particularly the allowance to move the driveway access if needed.
Just one quick question -- Item #2 stating: the requirement for submittal of a Design Review application
with the Certificate of Zoning Compliance application. I understand this to mean that this application and
certification process is required of the "new property owner" wishing to redevelop the Pine Avenue property
after approval of my MDA by City Council. Is this understanding of the narrative correct?

This item is scheduled to be on the Council agenda on June 11 th . The public hearing will be held at City Hall,
33 E. Broadway Avenue , beginning at 6:00 pm. Please call or e-mail with any questions.
