I had a meeting with Jock and provided the attached pictures of the out of bounds stakes. Jock indicated that the out of bound stakes delineate the golf course
and are maintained by the Club at Spurwing. It is US Golf Association rules the mandate the out of bound stakes and a player has to take a two stroke penalty if
they hit their ball beyond the stakes.
Concerning Conditions A.1.b and c - Jock will have his landscape architect modify the landscape plan to comply and will install the wrought iron fencing along Lot
45. It is my understanding that the wall encroachment issue into the vision triangle has been remedied. We need to schedule the landscape architect to review
the changes and correct the landscape/fencing plan.
I believe we should be good to go on June 11th.
