Yes, the signage was posted as of Friday, May 31, picture attached.
Also attached is a certified affidavit by the sign maker, Brian Anderton, completed on Friday, May 31, as well.

Did you remember to post he public hearing notice on the site at least 10 days prior to the hearing? If so, please
fill out the attached affidavit & forward that along with pictures of the sign posting to me as soon as possible.
If not, let me know and we’ll have to continue the hearing.

In accordance with the City of Meridian public hearing process listed in UDC 11-
5A -5D, I personally posted or attest that the subject property was properly posted
on 5/31/19 , which is at least ten (10) days prior to the scheduled
public hearing for:
PURPOSE; Modification to the Development Agreement recorded as Instrument No.111072107, to
remove the previous conceptual development plan and associated provisions from the agreement.
