Hopkins Financial Services,.Inc. is proposing a Commercial and Residential Planned Unit DevelOpment. The apartment complex will provide a~tmnsition area between the commercial along FairvieW Avenue andthe single family residential neighborhood to the north. Traffic will .be designed to take direct access to Fairview Avenue. The proposed project does not intend on connecting to North Teare Avenue or Clarene Street except :for emergency vehicle access only. We have submitted a traffic proposal to Ada County Highway District to install a traffic signal at the main intersection. The Fairview Lakes apartments will be phase one of a two phase project. The proposed apartment complex will consist of 192 apartment flats. Each building will contain 12 units and will.be 2¥2 stories.high.
