This matter coming on regularly before the City Council on May 3, 2005, upon the
Applicant's time application for a one (1) year extension within which to record the Troy Place
Subdivision Preliminary / Final Plat, which was originally approved on May 24,2004, as provided
in § 12-3-6 B, and good causing appearing.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND THIS DOES ORDER THAT:
I. The above name Applicant is granted a one (1) year extended period of time until May I,
2006, of this Order within which to record the Preliminary / Final Plat for the above
entitled subdivision application.
