granted over the shared private driveway and pathway connection to E. Granger Avenue.
• Retention of the existing residence driveway access to E. Granger Avenue was granted by
the Meridian City Council.
• The landscape buffer easement abutting E. Granger granted with Redfeather Estates No 2
will be placed in a common lot.
• The existing vinyl fence currently located within the proposed landscape buffer common lot

Re: Alicia Court Subdivision
A re -subdivision of Lot 1 Block 16 of Red Feather Estates Subdivision No. 2
Statement of Centerline Groundwater Elevations
To whom it may concern:
This letter serves as a statement regarding highest established normal groundwater elevations
relative to design street finish centerline (CL) elevations. Groundwater monitoring conducted
by Associated Earth Sciences, Inc. for Red Feather Estates Subdivision No. 2 during the periods
of June 5th through October 22"d, 2003 indicated no groundwater encountered in any test pits
above 12' below the existing ground surface." Our design street CL elevations on this project
are set to range from roughly 1 foot below to 1 foot above existing ground surface. Therefore,
in the opinion of this engineer, the street centerline (CL) elevations are set at a minimum of
three (3) feet above the highest established normal groundwater elevation.
